Windows 11 Windows 11 22H2 uses hard coded ip-address

HiI have downloaded Windows 11 22H2 ISO file from here and installed it to my laptop. What I have seen is that those version of Windows 11 uses hard coded ip-address. Windows 11 never change ip-address from network settings even there are options to do it. See below output of ipconfig command which you can see that the ip-address is 192.168.0.151 and it is always the same. It is possible that those ip-address is ip-address of server because it never change.Try to download Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com) ISO from here and install it see the issue. I have used English International ISO file
