My windows 11 version 23H2 unable to re-boot or restart whenever I tried to re-boot or restart it but it is able to start once I completely shut it down and restart it again. It is only when I choose the re-boot option in the windows option that it failed to re-boot. What could be the problem and any workaround is really helpful since I can't figure out what is wrong with my PC. I am trying to turn ON the memory integrity option in core isolation menu (device security) which I am able to turn ON but windows need to re-boot in order for the changes to take effect but whenever I click on the re
