Windows 11 Windows 11 23H2 Won't Allow Any Access to XBoxGames folder on PC

Hi. Can anyone help me how to get my message across to Microsoft regarding their Xbox for PC? I am on Windows 11 23H2 and there is an urgent issue regarding Microsoft's apps (installed using Xbox for PC or Microsoft Store app). The .exe file as well as the entire game folder or XboxGames folder are being protected but this interferes with not only 3rd party softwares essential to gaming (AMD Adrenalin, Razer Synapse, EAC Easy Anti Cheat) that needs to have a modicum of access to the folders or .exe files.1. I can not run Dead by Daylight on Xbox for PC because it keeps saying Easy Anti Cheat
