Hi Community,I would like to ask your help. My laptop HP 845 G10 (AMD Ryzen 9 version) recently went to crash as blue screen Windows whenever I try to connect my Air pod Pro. The stop Code is: "system thread exception not handled" and "amdacpbt.sys". I believe there is something wrong with the AMD BT Media driver. I did go to AMD support page to update all chipsets into the most updated version. However the issues still presented.
