Windows 11 24 H2 has officially started rolling out to ALL eligible devices.It is recommended waiting for it come to your devices via Windows Update. Certainly, this 
can be on or OFF and either way it will arrive to you sometime soon. If Off one can now begin hitting Check for Updates over the next coming days. It is a "phased rollout", meaning not all Users will receive it simultaneously; be patient
