I have Windows 11 Pro running on a Dell OptiPlex 7770 All-In-One computer with a 4K screen. In addition I have an HD (1920 x 1080) monitor attached as a second screen using a HDMI cable, rotated to portrait mode (1080 x 1920).Originally, when I added the second screen I could restart the computer without it reverting to landscape mode, but a recent Windows update changed this.Now, when I restart (every time), the second monitor reverts to landscape mode (i.e., displays rotated 90 degrees), requiring that I go to Display Settings to correct it.Note t
