Windows 11 Windows 11 application (browser streaming video) performance very low when fullscreen game is running

Hi, I have 2 displays. On the primary I am usually gaming while the other I used to use to watch TV stream or some videos. This was running fine before I installed Windows 11 on a brand new SSD. In Windows 11 when I run a fullscreen game on a primary screen it is not possible to watch or even run and listen to any video let it be some TV stream or a video from YT. The performance of the playback is very low and is lagging. Sometimes even the sound is lagging. Changing to lowest possible quality (360p for YT) is not helping.
