In Windows 11 ARM, MSDASQL/MSDASQLR DLL's appear to be missing as a provider for things like VBA in excel for usage with the ActiveX data object libs that allow ODBC/OLEDB connectivity. I have ODBC 64 bit connections set up and working in Windows 11 ARM, the "add from other source" option works to talk to these ODBC connections but when using VBA code like below, a 3706 provider not found error is thrown. Registry entries exist in hkey local root for MSDASQL but DLL files are missing from `C:\program files\Common Files\System\ole db. I've verified the string below works on x64 windows 8/10/11
