I have long had the problem with Windows 11 BITS service registration missing or corrupt on both my PC and Notebook. Recently I installed 23H2 through the Windows Insider Programme. Both the Windows Update and BITS troubleshooters diagnose this issue.I have also long had issues with Microsoft Store wanting to reinstall existing updates and research showed to fix any BITS issues* Moved from Community Center
