Windows 11 Windows 11 blocking access to .edu websites.

I updated my laptop yesterday with Windows 11 and now whenever using Chrome or Edge, my institution's websites are blocked. I am an employee at a university and need access to these. I get the same message everytime for both Chrome and Edge (see below). I've tried to troubleshoot and have gotten nowhere.
