Windows 11 Windows 11 blue screens randomly and Event viewer does not work.

As of writing this, my windows 11 machine continues to blue screen at random and I cannot fix it on my own. I also cannot access my Event viewer as it gives me an error message stating "MCC could not create the snap-in. The snap-in might not have been installed correctly." and I also receive that same error Message with my Task scheduler.
