Windows 11 Windows 11 BSOD after attempting to install windows to an sd card, now boot device is not showing up.

I need help because I believe it is corrupted but no recovery command is working, I can access windows troubleshooting menu, but can not boot. I want to reinstall windows but keep all apps and data, but I can not find any reset windows menu. Could anyone help?
