My windows automatically scrolls down like if I was touching a "down arrow" but I do not touch anything. I tried restarting, I pluged out a keyboard and mouse. And still the same. I cant do anything at all at this moment. I cant go to the setting cuz its selfcontrolling and still scrolling down. Please help.
