Windows 11 Windows 11 - Can't add another user because the window disappears

I'm trying to add another account on my Windows 11 PC by following Settings > Accounts > Other Users > Add Account. When I press Add Account, a new window opens and closes immediately. This is the window that should ask me "How will this person sign in?", so I'm unnable to complete the process.I've restarted my computer many times, updated to the latest Windows Update version and nothing is working.Please, help.
