Windows 11 Windows 11 Chat does not display correctly

A recent purchase of brand new Surface Pro 9 with Windows 11 installed; and all updates have been applied.When trying to start Windows 11 Chat a "Glass" edge pop-up appears but no content appears. Have tried rebooting and restarting Windows to see if it will behave differently.Was keen to give Windows 11 Chat a try; screenshot image below.
