Windows 11 Windows 11 Check for Updates error: (0x80080005)

Is there a more up to date and simpler answer to correcting error: (0x80080005). This only occurs when I click check for updates. This has only begun to occur since the last Windows u since the problem began date. At other times the Check for Updates icon says it has checked for updates and I am up to date. Also I cannot access, Update History.
