Windows 11 Windows 11 constantly crashes on a new PC build

I have tested all hardware components and they all passed. I also sent the motherboard back to the retailer for testing and they found no faults. It either crashes right after I exit BIOS or randomly while in use not doing anything demanding.I did a fresh install of Windows 11 every time I tested the components and it hasn't helped. CSM is turned off, fTPM and Secure Boot are turned on. If it helps, it's an AMD Ryzen 7 5700x, Aorus B550 Elite AX V2, 16GB build, RX 5600 XT, 1TB SSD.
