Windows 11 Windows 11 couldn't automatically bind the ip protocol stack to the network adapter on gaming desktop

I have no wifi access, if I hardwire works great but wifi isn't working and it is working on all other devices. I keep getting this message, "Windows couldn't automatically bind the ip protocol stack to the network adapter" I've ran the troubleshooter, checked for updates on windows and in the device manager.
