Windows 11 Windows 11 "couldn't install this update" (0x800703e6)

So I tried to install Windows 11 22H2 today, and it says "We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0x800703e6)". After searching around, I tried SFC /SCANNOW, which outputs "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service", and then I tried DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, which outputs "Error: 998 Invalid access to memory location". I then ran CHKDSK /F and restarted, but nothing changed after the restart. So then I downloaded the windows 11 installation assistant, which gave the same error code as the windows update (0x800703e6). Does anyone know how
