I have a Windows 11 image that I use to set up new devices for my company. The image is set to turn off Content Delivery Manager. Once the image is loaded everything works properly. However, each time I install the next Cumulative Update for the month Content Delivery is turned back on in the Registry and Bloatware is installed on the device. It looks like the update is changing the registry for Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ContentDeliveryManager back to default.
