Windows 11 Windows 11 DAM_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT blue screen when waking the device

My new Alienware computer has been getting a blue screen when it wakes from sleep. The error is DAM_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT and it says that dam.sys failed. I’ve already checked drivers and installed any updates, run memory diagnostics, sfc, run all of the Dell support scans, ePSA tests, etc. I did notice that in the Alienware Command Center, my RAM occasionally dips to 4400 Mhz (even though it is 4800). Dell support wants to just do a system restore, but I don't think that is going to fix it. Any ideas? I have a complete memory dump file, but it's about 33 GB.
