Hi, bought a new laptop with a preinstalled licenced copy of Windows 11.Ran all the required updates, one of which was the horrific HP 15.37.0.0 BIOS update.This failed. Caused a blue screen. I rolled back the driver (somehow) and logged back in. All great, recreated my password and pin, even better, then it tells me that I have had a hardware change, my licence is invalid, it cannot and will not activate my licence, I should buy a new one.I have logged successfully 4 different call backs for support to activate my copy of Windows telephonically and received ZERO call backs.In other news, I ha
