Windows 11 Windows 11 desktop doesn’t load after singing in.

I get to the sing in screen and then when it’s suppose to open the desktop it’s a bank screen. I can get into task manager and get it to load by running explorer.exe but nothing works if I click on anything it freezes and goes back to the blank screen. I tried uninstalling the latest windows update and it didn’t work.
