Windows 11 Windows 11 DirectX install issues

I did a clean windows 11 install, riva tuner not working because of directx runtime thing, i tried installing directx web installer and i got an error. these are the logs please respond.DxERROR.txt02/06/22 18:06:32] module: dxupdate(Mar 30 2011), file: dxupdate.cpp, line: 2234, function: RegisterDLL Failed API: LoadLibraryEx() Error: (126) - The specified module could not be found.
