Windows 11 Windows 11 does not create the user folder while creating a profile

First I realized that cannot enter the new profile, that I just created. The error occures: "The User Profile Service failed to sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded"After that found that no user folder of the new profile in C:/Users. But the Local Users and Groups snap-in shows the new user. How can I solve it?
