Windows 11 Windows 11 does not seem to like the drive I use for File History

I use the File History many years already. I use an USB connected Packard Bell drive from 2009. The File system is FAT 32. It has 778 GByte free space and 152 GByte used.It seems to work perfectly OK. However I get occasional messages: "Select a different File History drive (Important)File History can't save copies of all your files with your File History drive's file system. We recommend that you select a different drive.I have never experienced any problem with this system. I use it as potentional backup, but also to retrieve previous versions of files I am working with. So do I really have
