Windows 11 Windows 11 doesn't recognize dual monitors on remote desktop

I work from my home computer (Surface Pro7 with dual monitors) on a remote desktop at company headquarters and the remote desktop I use also has dual monitors. I have been connecting remotely to this desktop and using both monitors (from home) all during COVID, until I upgraded from Windows 10 to 11. Now I can only access one monitor. Microsoft told me it would work if I upgraded from Windows 11 Home to Pro. Which I did, and it still doesn't work-- even if the company computer is also running Win 11 Pro. Please help! Thank you.
