After being inactive, the computer "wakes up" and shows the typical picture background, as well as the weather. The problem is there is no login username/password box. Nothing can be clicked. The only options we've found to log in is to remote into it via RDP, end the session without logging out, and then move back to the machine itself (then the proper login boxes display), OR force a shut down by pushing and holding the power button (ouch). We've tried the usual: ctrl-alt-del; up arrow a couple times; click and dragging mouse upwards, etc. thinking it could be an issue where it thinks it's a
