Windows 11 Windows 11 explorer very slow in opening folders with less than 100 files too.

I have a set of folders with less than 350 files.When I navigate to these, explorer is very slow in loading these files. It’s a brand new laptop I am using and additionally I invested in Windows Pro, trusting Microsoft. But this is not acceptable. Is there a place I can attach a video of the issue?
