I starting using my new Dell Latitude 5440 with Windows 11 Pro a few weeks ago. I had to reset Windows for the third time now.I have a workaround for my problem, I am not really expecting a solution, I thought I just report it if this helps others.The last happened today. After about a week of constant use, installing all sorts of programs, I wanted to install "Panasonic HD Writer AE 2.6T" app. This is the download application for my Panasonic HDC SD600 camcorder that I purchased back in 2011. It is working fine. It has a very old style windows installer and also installes C++ redistributable
