Windows 11 Windows 11 Fax and Scan History Lost on Involuntary Upgrade from Windows 10

This morning I was involuntarily upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 by Windows Update. OK I give up on that part, but my Fax and Scan Logs and History are gone. Can someone advise where they (were stored) and how to recover them to the Windows version?
