Windows 11 windows 11 file explorer: a mess with address bar

If windows has been up for several days(usually 3+ days), the address bar in file explorer would be shadowed by toolbar.This have been existing for months. I have tried following ways but none of them work, currently only reboot is the temporary solution for this issue. (OS version: 10.0.22621)sfc /scannow(then restart explorer.exe in task manager)dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth(then restart explorer.exe in task manager)restart dwm.exe
