Windows 11 Windows 11 File explorer crashes with right-click in file pane on ALL my computers after update 100% of the time

After the latest windows update, when I right click on the file pane on the left side, it makes everything freeze (except closing the explorer menu). I have 3 windows 11 desktops and a windows 10 desktop and 4 laptops, after the latest update it does this 100% of the time on all laptops and desktops and they are all clean installs of windows 11. I am also a minimalist I don't put much stuff on the pcs, I do have powertoys installed. My windows 10 is fine it doesn't do this.
