This is rather a helpful hint or an extension to this thread, as I experienced the same with Windows 11.The Symptom: When the Windows File Explorer is first opened; The Application window loads normally. All buttons and links on the top menu display normally. A recent files list is displayed on the main right pane. Left pane completely empty. Starts to search automatically with the Home Icon shown and the green progess bar. Takes at least one minute for the search to end.
