I have an issue that when I try to use my external hard drive in Windows 11 where it ran the update previously, inside the directory although I have the option 'Show only icons, never thumbnails' is unchecked, the folder thumbnail could not show normally but however in PC D drive or other external hard drives, the thumbnails could work properly. Whenever I try to create a new folder and put the files inside, the thumbnail also could not display in the external hard drive. May I ask are there any solutions to fix the thumbnail not displaying while there are files and folders inside the director
