Windows 11 Windows 11 Freeze on Startup

My computer has recently started to freeze on startup. It lasts only about 5 seconds and then everything goes back to normal. I have done everything I have found online so far, a scan of the system, repairing corrupted files with command prompt, and disabling fast boot. Nothing had worked so far.
