I have had a couple of different issues with window the last 2 days. 1) Yesterday my CPU would spike to 100% and freeze the system within a few minutes of starting. I stopped sysmain and the CPU increase seems to have stopped2) Today my computer continues to crash a few minutes after being turned on. I can not keep it running long enough to try any virus scans, maintenance, or repair. I will start a scan or maintenance and it will run for a few seconds then freeze. I have tried booting into safe mode but I get a blue screen with an error message below. I try enter, F8, or escape but it just
