I am on an HP laptop with Windows 11 installed, It keeps freezing but sometimes i am able to move the cursor and sometimes still able to hear sound. I get random blue screens. i need to force shutdown to be able to actually use it because the freezing never crashes. I dont know if this is hardware or software. when i leave the freezing for a bit i get a popup saying Microsoft Windows: The Application is not responding. The Program may respond again if you wait Do you want to end this process? End process Cancel i cant click on any of these options because even though i can move the cursor i c
