Windows 11 Windows 11 fresh install says the system does not meet requirements.

I have a windows 11 system. It has been upgraded I think from windows 8 to 10, to 11. I did not do any thing to circumvent anything to get 11 on it. I put in a new 4tb drive, and decided to do a fresh install and then add my apps back in as needed. To my surprise the installer displayed "the system does not meet the requirements for Windows 11". I thought there was a checker to look at the system from MS. I looked for it and could not find it. The pages I hit tell me I'm already running windows 11. Is there a checker somewhere so I can figure out what is going on?Here are some specs.Windows 1
