Windows 11 Windows 11 have a window that keeps popping up about every 2 minutes then disappears.

I've had this error for years and can't take it anymore. This black window keeps popping up about every minute to 3 minutes. I have three screen captures of the screen. I had to record it with my iPhone to get it disappears quickly. It appears I cannot attach files here. (says failed to upload then says image inserted) it would help show what's going on. Anyways that the top one says, administrator c:\windows, the other says c:\WINDOWS\system32\Window (then it cuts off and the third says the same. PLEASE HELP BEFORE I GO CRAZY!!!
