Windows 11 Windows 11 - High performance plan disappearing after applying Balanced plan.

Just like in title.I have to manually activate high performance plan in CMD, because every time I switch back to balanced plan via GUI, high performance plan disappears, leaving only balanced plan on the list.Expected behaviour: I should be able to switch to high performance plan in GUI.Dell XPS 9320 PlusWindows 11 22H2 22621.2134
