Windows 11 Windows 11 High Ram Usage

Just after windows 11 released, I upgraded my PC. After an update about 1-2 weeks ago my PC updated once more, and now ram usage is constantly 80-90 percent; I factory reset my computer, and the issue still stands, so its not a virus.
