Windows 11 WINDOWS 11 HP-PAVILION x360 Not autorotating when turning the screen

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-8145U CPU @ 2.10GHz 2.30 GHz Installed RAM 4.00 GB (3.83 GB usable) Device ID 02C76E93-8E51-4E97-BA89-9501AF182807 Product ID 00327-35132-44722-AAOEM System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Pen and touch Pen and touch support with 10 touch points My laptop has not been auto-rotating for a long time when turning the laptop. I had then installed windows 11 but it is still not rotating. I tried enabling the DWORD value in regedit but it again changes to 0 and my screen not rotates. My windows is updated so I don't think that is the problem.
