Windows 11 Windows 11, in the dialogue of Properties, Text on Tabs turn White

Windreaver Y.

When in Right-Click menu of a Shortcut on Desktop > open Properties dialogue, the text on the tabs as well as buttons turn white ! Not sure what caused it. Help !
