Windows 11 Windows 11 infinite loop and automatic repair black screen w/mouse icon

Hello,as the title says i start my notebook hp and the windows loading login gets infinite loop, i shut down pc and when its restart the automatic repair starts but it gets black screen with only the mouse indicator working. I tried to run windows with usb and tried to do an automatic repair with it but it gives me a blue screen.Thanks in advance.
