Since around introduction of Build 25267 in the Dev Channel, the update process started to take more than 2 hours after the first reboot. The indication of progress "Working on updates [some number] %. Don't turn off your PC. This will take a while." gets stuck at around 24-25% and 65-67% for an EXTREMELY LONG TIME without any significant activity or progress. Here is what I mean:- disk activity is almost idle as the disk activity light blinks for half a second every 10-15 seconds- no significant CPU usage as the main cooling fans spin at their lowest RPM and auxiliary fans do not spin at all
