Windows 11 Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26120.2130 (ge_release_upr) Stuck at 0% for months. Xbox app also will not update not letting me play any games.

Tried to install ISO windows 11 file but nothing happens after accepting agreement, please help, i am a PC Gamepass Subscriber and cannot play any games.
