Windows 11 Windows 11 Installs everytime I restart my PC, I go straight back to Windows 10 and have no idea how to stop the cycle. Please Help

Pretty much the title. I've seen loads of threads/questions here about how W11 keeps getting forced on them but nothing i've tried actually fixes the issue. At no point did I click download and at no point did I tell it to install...I put Windows 10 back on as soon as its finished updating, but within half an hour I get a notification in bottom left that Windows 11 is ready to be installed. Its infuriating.
