Windows 11 Windows 11 is not detecting second screen after Restart or Sleep when Fast startup is enabled.

Windows all the latest updates are installed. Laptop all the latest HW driver updates are also installed. The laptop lid is always closed. Wake on LAN is used to power it on. 2 external displays are always connected to a closed laptop. When the laptop goes to Sleep or Shut down with Fast Startup enabled, during the next power-on, one of the screens will not be detectable from the Windows. 2 identical monitors are on different ports: HDMI and USB-C The laptop has Intel Graphics built-in and a Nvidia RTX discrete card.
