Windows 11 Windows 11 isn't recognizing that my display can go up to 4K.

I have a 4K display, yet Windows will only let me go up to 1080p with it.Here are some screenshots:This screenshot (taken in the Settings app) shows that the highest my monitor can go is 1080p.This screenshot (taken from the Intel Graphics app) shows that the highest my monitor goes is actually 4K.Is there anyway to get the Settings app to recognize that my monitor goes up to 4K?
